I am pleased to announced that SSGT Mervyn Sim and SSGT Asila are being awarded the SPF NPCC Badge.
The SPF-NPCC badge is the pinnacle NPCC badge that was lauched in April 1997 to give recognition to outstanding cadets with good leadership qualities. This year 159 cadets from 47 NPCC units will be awarded the prestigious SPF-NPCC badge.
