1. Wednesday’s training will be from 2.45pm-6:00pm.

2 Whole Unit are to fall-in in your Half U outside the ISH (Carpark)

Training for 17 September 2010
1. Friday’s training will be from 2.00pm-6:00pm.

2 Whole Unit are to fall-in in your PT Kit outside the ISH (Carpark)
Things to Bring:

PT Kit (Unit Tee)
Water bottle

Training for 18 September 2010
1. Saturday’s training will be from 8:30am
2. Whole Unit are to fall-in in your Full U at the Quadrangle.

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS
