Training for 12 Sept 2012

1. Wednesday's training will be from 3pm - 5.30pm .

2. Whole unit is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .

Things to bring for all training :

1) Water bottle for ALL
2) Half-U
3) PT Kit

Training for 14 Sept 2012

1. Friday's training will be from 2.30pm - 5.30pm .

2. Whole unit is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAINING
