Training for 13 Feb and 15 Feb 2013


  Training for 13 February 2013

 1. Wednesday's training will be from 3pm-5.30pm .

 2. The whole unit (Except for Sec ones) is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .

3.  Sec ones is to fall-in in your PT Kit (PE Shirt + Track Pants) at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .


 Things to bring for all trainings :
 1) Water bottle for ALL
 2) PT Kit
 3) Half-U for ALL (Except for Sec ones)


 Training for 15 February 2013

 1. Friday's training will be from 2.30pm-5.30pm .

 2. The whole unit (Except for Sec ones)  is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .

3.  Sec ones is to fall-in in your PT Kit (PE Shirt + Track Pants) at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .

 ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS
