Training for 14 and 16 January 2015

Training for 14 January 2015 (Wednesday)

1.  Wednesday’s training will be from 3:00pm - 5:30pm
2.  Whole unit is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block).

Things to bring:

1) Water bottle for all
2) Half-U for all
3) PT-Kit for all

Training for 16 January 2015 (Friday)  


1.  Friday's training will be from 2:30pm - 5:30pm  
2.  Whole unit is to fall-in in your PT-Kit at the quadrangle (in front of the science block).

1) Water bottle for all
2) PT-Kit for all  

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS *Please take personal responsibility to refer to the notice board frequently for updates of the next training and other announcements.
