Training for 15 Aug and 17 Aug 2012



 Training for 15 August 2012


1.    Wednesday’s training will be from 3pm – 5.30pm .
2.    The whole unit is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .
3.  Sec 2s is to fall-in in your Full-U for Road Marshall Duty at 1.25pm .

Things to bring for all training :

1)    Water bottle for ALL
2)  Half-U
3)    PT Kit
4)  Full-U (Only Sec 2s)

Training for 17 August 2012

1. Friday’s training will be from 2.30pm – 5.30pm .

2. The whole unit is to fall-in in your PT Kit at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .

Things to bring for all training :

1) Water bottle for ALL
2) PT Kit

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS
