Training for 17 July 2013

1. Wednesday's training will be from 3pm - 5pm .


2. The whole unit is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block) .



Things to bring for all training :

1) Water bottle for ALL
2) PT Kit
3) Half-U for ALL


Training for 19 July 2013


1. Friday's training will be from 2.30pm - 5pm .

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS
