Training for 28 January and 30 January 2015

Training for 28 January 2015 (Wednesday)

1. Wednesday’s training will be from 3:00pm - 5:30pm.

2. Whole unit is to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of the science block).

Things to bring:
1) Water bottle for all
2) Half-U for all
3) PT-Kit for all


Training for 30 January 2015 (Friday)

1. Friday's training will be from 2:30pm - 5:30pm.

2. Whole unit is to fall-in in your PT-kit at the quadrangle (in front of the science block).

Things to bring:
1) Water bottle for all
2) PT-Kit for all


ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS
