Training for 29 July and 31 July 2015




Training for 29 July 2015 (Wednesday)

 
1. There will be training on Wednesday.
2. Wednesday’s training will be from 3pm - 5:30pm.
3. Whole unit is  to fall-in in your Half-U at the quadrangle (in front of science block)
Things to bring:
1) Water bottle for all
2) PT-Kit for all

Training for 31 July 2015 (Friday)
1.  There will be training on Friday 
2. Friday's training will be from 2.30pm - 5.30pm.
2.  Whole unit is to fall-in in PT-Kit in the quadrangle (in front of science block)
Things to bring:
1) Water bottle for all
ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL TRAININGS
