Training for 8 July and 10 July 2015



Training for 8 July 2015 (Wednesday)
1. There will be training on Wednesday.
2. Wednesday’s training will be from 3pm - 5:30pm.
4. Whole unit is to fall-in in your Half-U at the carpark (Infront of ISH).
Things to bring:
1) Water bottle for all
2) PT-Kit for all

Training for 10 July 2015 (Friday)

1.  There will be training on Friday.

2.  Friday's training will be from 2:30 - 5:30pm.

3.  Secondary 2 and 3s is to fall-in in your PT-kit at the carpark (Infront of ISH).

Things to bring:
1) Water bottle for all

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALLTRAININGS
